What the book is about: - Book is method driven approach to achieve consistent results and reducing errors in ever growing complex environment of medical science, construction, aviation, finance, cooking etc. Book lays the importance of checklists used in above fields and shares the success stories related to above fields.

Examples used to support theory: - Boeing as Checklist factory, Critical care checklist by Dr Peter Pronovost before start of operation, Jody Adams checklist’s in restaurant business, construction of huge vertical rise buildings and stock market investment by Mohnish Pabrai and Guy Spier.

Output of usage of Checklists:-

1. Investment Advisors like Mohnish Pabrai and Guy Spier were able to consistently able to beat market indexes. They are about to spot good investment opportunities in a shortest possible span of time.

2. Jody Adams was able to serve 150 customers in 05 hours with extremely large variety of dishes without a single instance of failure.

3. In October 2008 after implementation of checklists at WHO,  it showed rate of major complications fell by 36 per cent in all 08 hospitals and death rate fell by 47 per cent.

Overall review: - It is different type of book which deals with complex situations and provides a way for consistent results with very low percentage of error. Overall a good read to improve upon errors that may creep in regular and routine jobs.
