age of 43 are some brief achievements of Naval Ravikant. Naval Ravikant is
important to learn because he questions everything, tests things well, keeps on
changing his mind continuously, thinks long term and most important is that he
is good at not fooling himself.
What this book is
about: - Book is culmination of thoughts of Naval Ravikant on building wealth and
learning happiness in life. Naval lays important on the fact that nobody is
going to be rich by renting out their time. He states that everyone must own
equity- a piece of business to achieve financial freedom. He also elaborates
the fact that one can be rich by giving society what it wants but does not know
how to get it. He explains the importance of old age concept of leverage in the
modern world by stating that in the world of internet, code and social media
are means of permission less leverage which can be exploited to generate wealth.
He explains the concept of leverage of internet in creating wealth by citing examples
of Joe Rogan (who makes $ 50 to $ 100 million through podcast), you tuber PweDiePie
and many more. He lays special importance on
taking accountability of our actions to build a great brand for our self in
long term. He puts special emphasis on saving your time by prioritizing and
focussing what you want to achieve in life. He gives specific importance to
regular reading to improve the foundation of our knowledge. He explained the
concept of happiness by being present in present, by building good habits,
surrounded by happy people and many more simple things. He lays special
importance on mediation and efforts on building and changing yourself
constantly. Some of the recommended readings on various topics by Naval
Ravikant have been covered in the last portion of the book. Naval Ravikant has
