this book is about: - Book is one of the best collection
about local superfoods that are neglected in the current age of digital
information. It covers some of the basic foods that are used in our daily
household of almost every Indian like Ghee, Banana, Kaju, Rice, Coconut, and
Sugar. Apart the regular superfoods, book also covers lesser known ones
like Ambadi, Aliv, Kokum and Jackfruit. Book also explains how the wisdom of

changing every year. Author supplemented the claim by citing example of how
