What this book is about: - The book provides an excellent reasoning behind why some people inspire and great companies keep on sustaining the rough patch and growing. The book provides a logical explanation of whole process of doing a certain thing. The book starts with why the concept of why is important for any work or process. It further extends the theory by explaining the Golden circle for any work which is why followed by how and what needs to be done. It explains the importance of each step of Golden circle in any work. It explained the concept of why getting fuzzy of a growing company, which can lead to the downfall of that company.
