Who is Derek Sivers :-  He is multi-talented personality a writer, a musician,  a programmer and entrepreneur. He is best known for CD Baby, an online CD store for independent musicians started in year 1997, which he sold in 2008 when the company was having sales of over $100M in sales for over 150,000 musician clients.

What this book is about: - Book is compilation of 40 lessons that Derek Sivers learnt during his journey as entrepreneur. He covered the fact why passion is more important than money in any business. Why there is advantage of having no funds in any start up and why it is essential to keep the things small and simple. He emphasizes the importance of careful delegation of responsibilities when the business is growing. He also puts focus on reading the fine print of any legal documents by explaining that he lost $3.3 million by not reading the fine print. He explains the importance of having good numbers of small customers rather than having few big customers as they cannot force you to change vision of your company. He explained the fact the doing work in one way is just of one of the multiple options of doing it.

Overall Review: - Book is a brilliant collection of thoughts of Derek Sivers about entrepreneurship. Book is bit costly as compared to the content. Someone may or may not agree with some of thoughts expressed in the book. But overall, it is good read and provided some valuable insights about entrepreneur ship.
